You must return all original factory box, booklet, plastic wraps, anything and every thing that has been shipped to you and is related to the watch. All merchandise returned to zugoo.com for exchange or refund must be packed and insured properly to avoid loss or damage during shipping. A copy of the receipt along with a note requesting a refund or exchange is also required.

requesting for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate your order number. Please also include your reasons for returning the watch so we may improve service to our customers. This email request for RMA must be received by us within 14 days after receipt of the watch. We must receive the return in 8 business days after RMA is issued. Otherwise, we cannot provide the refund.

You can choose one of the following shipping option as you like. For Hawaii and Alaska, we will reply the arrangement and shipping rate by email. All orders are shipped by UPS and fully insured. Ground Shipping Delivery time is usually 5 business days from the time your package leaves our office.
There will be an automatic charge of $35.00 to your account for any shipment that is refused.
Please make sure you have entered your shipping address correctly and completely. Upon delivery of your order, UPS charges $10 for address correction on incorrect street name, suite or apartment number, city name and zip code. We will charge $10 for orders where address correction is required by UPS.International Orders
